Our Policies

By visiting our website, you acknowledge that you are 18+ years of age. Our products are intended for tobacco use only. You must be of legal smoking age to buy or use products sold by awmoo.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

awmoo only accepts returns for store credit or product exchanges. If you find that your item contains manufactured defects, we will exchange that item for a new one. We reserve the right to refuse a return if item is suspected to not be in brand new condition.

How To Exchange An Item

If your item is in unused, new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.  

1. Please email hi@awmoo.co to request a return.
2. Include the word RETURN and your order number in the subject line.
3. Please provide us with a brief description of why you would like to exchange the item.  

if your exchange is accepted we will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for return postage.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped every Saturday. We are a very small operation and order fulfillment takes a lot of our time.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown a real-time calculation of what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
 

International Orders

We happily ship internationally, but please check with your local customs laws on whether or not you can receive what we sell shipped to your country. Items held in customs can increase delivery times, so international delivery time estimates are not a guarantee. Orders returned to us by customs will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. 

Accepting Deliveries

Please be prepared to show delivery person valid ID to prove that you are over 18 years of age.

Ceramics are very fragile and can break in transit. Our packaging is designed and labeled to prevent risk of damage as much as possible, but accidents still happen. Please inspect your package for damages before accepting delivery.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order.
This includes your:

• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Email Address
• Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing strategy. 

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to third parties. We also occasionally send out emails to update you on new products.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
